Since JavaScript doesn't seem to be working in your browser, you get the lo-tech ROT13 decoder. Or rather, the no-decoder, since it's already been decoded for you. Lucky you.

Right, the first bit of ROT13'd text is:

which translates to:

Ubyq ba, V'ir tbg one in my other pants here; ah! There it is! Right in front of me the entire time!

And the other, longer bit of text is:

Be lbh pbhyq qb gur fnar guvat naq whfg vtaber nyy gur tvoorevfu -- juvpu jbhyq zrna yrnivat arjfsebhcf ragveryl, sbe gur zbfg cneg.

which comes out as:
